Returns & Exchanges
At Bestway, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Bestway account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
